Diese Zertifizierung bezieht sich auf die visuelle Gestaltung von Gesch\u00e4ftsdiagrammen nach den von der IBCS Association empfohlenen Standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Rolf Hichert, Mitglied im Zertifizierungsteam, kommentierte die Zertifizierung von Chart-me wie folgt: \u201eMich hat \u00fcberzeugt, wie Diagrammdetails mit reiner Excel-Funktionalit\u00e4t pixelgenau realisiert werden k\u00f6nnen \u2013 ohne zus\u00e4tzlich erforderliche Programmierung. Ich sehe vor allem bei der Gestaltung von anspruchsvollen Gesch\u00e4ftsdiagrammen in PowerPoint-Pr\u00e4sentationen, in Word-Berichten und in Redaktionssystemen die besonderen Vorteile f\u00fcr den Einsatz dieses Excel-Add-Ins.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chart-me<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit dem <a href=\"https:\/\/hi-chart.com\/hi-chart-software-produkte\/chart-me-excel-neu-im-detail\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Excel-Add-In Chart-me<\/a> k\u00f6nnen Berichte und Pr\u00e4sentationen basierend auf HICHERT\u00aeSUCCESS und IBCS schnell und in sehr hoher Qualit\u00e4t umgesetzt werden. Mit Hilfe der vielen vordefinierten Seitenlayouts und Diagrammtypen entstehen innerhalb weniger Minuten erste Ergebnisse. Bei Bedarf k\u00f6nnen dann individuelle Einstellungen vorgenommen werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auch sp\u00e4tere Anpassungen sind mit der Chart-me Benutzeroberfl\u00e4che kein Problem. Alle IBCS-typischen Elemente lassen sich ganz einfach per Mausklick erzeugen: Spezielle Diagrammtypen, Abweichungsanzeigen, Hervorhebungen, Farblogik, Skalierungssteuerung und viele mehr. Sogar das ma\u00dfstabsgetreue Vergr\u00f6\u00dfern und Verkleinern von Diagrammen in Abh\u00e4ngigkeit von der Schriftgr\u00f6\u00dfe funktioniert bei Chart-me automatisch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da die Diagramme beliebig kombiniert (\u00fcberlagert) werden k\u00f6nnen, entsteht eine riesige Anzahl von Darstellungsm\u00f6glichkeiten. Alle g\u00e4ngigen Inhalte lassen sich damit hervorragend abdecken. Die fertigen Berichts- und Pr\u00e4sentationsseiten werden als reine Excel-Dateien gespeichert. Die Grafiken lassen sich jederzeit auch ohne das Add-In anzeigen und aktualisieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach der Installation erscheint Chart-me als zus\u00e4tzliches Men\u00fc in Microsoft Excel 2007\/2010\/2013 und kann sofort verwendet werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">NEUES CHART-ME XLS 2.1 TABELLENMODUL<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr aussagekr\u00e4ftige Gesch\u00e4ftsberichte sind Tabellen genauso wichtig wie Diagramme. Und wenn beide die selbe Sprache sprechen, ist das Verst\u00e4ndnis f\u00fcr die Berichtsempf\u00e4nger besonders einfach. Die Bedienung erfolgt dabei auf gewohnte Weise \u00fcber Excel-Zellen. Hier k\u00f6nnen Sie Werte einfach eingeben oder aus nahezu jeder beliebigen Datenquelle verkn\u00fcpfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Features des neuen Tabellen-Moduls<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Das neue Tabellenmodul von Chart-me XLS 2.1 erstellt Zeitreihen, Strukturtabellen mit und ohne hierarchische Ansicht sowie Kombinationen aus beiden.<br>Das Ergebnis ist wie auch in den Chart-me XLS Diagrammen eine reine Excel-Datei.<br>Die Tabellen werden durch die Verwendung von Stylesheets an Ihr Notationskonzept angepasst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Funktionen und Workflow<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Idee von Chart-me: Sie haben Ideen oder Entw\u00fcrfe f\u00fcr neue Berichts- oder Pr\u00e4sentationsseiten und wollen so schnell wie m\u00f6glich zum Ergebnis kommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit wenigen Mausklicks w\u00e4hlen Sie im Chart-me-Men\u00fc die vordefinierten Grafiken, die Ihrem gew\u00fcnschten Ergebnis am \u00e4hnlichsten sind. Dann komplettieren Sie die Seiten \u2013 je nach Bedarf \u2013 mit individuellen Detaileinstellungen. Im Gegensatz zu fr\u00fcheren Excel-Templates konzentrieren Sie sich dabei voll auf Inhalte, Gestaltungsvorgaben und Seiteneinteilung, nicht auf Datenreihen oder Diagrammtricks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Regel wird zuerst ein Seitenlayout ausgew\u00e4hlt. Die vorbereiteten Vorlagen sind f\u00fcr die wichtigsten Ausgabeformate optimiert:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bildschirm, f\u00fcr PowerPoint<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Papier, f\u00fcr A4 und A3, jeweils hoch und quer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Layouts k\u00f6nnen selbstverst\u00e4ndlich auch ver\u00e4ndert werden. Sp\u00e4ter speichert Chart-me die Position und Gr\u00f6\u00dfe jedes Diagramms innerhalb des Layouts. Die Einstellung kann dann jederzeit mit einem Klick wiederhergestellt werden. Das ist sehr n\u00fctzlich, wenn Sie standardisierte Grafiken umsetzen m\u00f6chten, da jede (auch versehentliche) Verzerrung das Ergebnis st\u00f6ren w\u00fcrde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als n\u00e4chstes werden die gew\u00fcnschten Diagramme eingef\u00fcgt. Die vordefinierten Typen sind gem\u00e4\u00df IBCS-Regelwerk in drei Gruppen unterteilt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Horizontale Achse, f\u00fcr zeitliche Entwicklungen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vertikale Achse, f\u00fcr Strukturanalysen, Verh\u00e4ltnisse, Sortierungen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>X-Y-Achsen, f\u00fcr Korrelationen und Portfolios<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr horizontale und vertikale Rubriken-Diagramme sind folgende Varianten vordefiniert:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>S\u00e4ulen\/Balken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00e4ulen\/Balken versetzt neben- oder hintereinander<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00e4ulen\/Balken mit integrierten Abweichungen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00e4ulen\/Balken gestapelt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00e4ulen\/Balken als Wasserfall<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00e4ulen\/Balken als Spannen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Punkte mit oder ohne Verbindungslinie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Punkte mit Verbindungslinien als Wasserfall<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nadeln<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Linien<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr XY-Diagramme sind verschiedene Punkt- und Portfoliovarianten verf\u00fcgbar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei vielen Basisdiagrammen lassen sich zus\u00e4tzliche Abweichungsdiagramme aktivieren.<br>Pro Hauptdiagramm sind dabei bis zu zwei Abweichungsdiagramme m\u00f6glich, z. B. absolut und prozentual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Folgende Abweichungsdarstellungen sind vordefiniert:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>S\u00e4ulen\/Balken rot\/gr\u00fcn oder uni<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00e4ulen\/Balken als Wasserfall<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nadeln (Prozent-Abweichung)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blasen (Prozent-Abweichung als Fl\u00e4che)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00e4ulen und Nadeln kombiniert<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Alle vordefinierten Typen lassen sich au\u00dferdem in jedem Detail konfigurieren und auch miteinander kombinieren (\u00fcberlagern).
