Where is the event located and how do I get there?
The BARC Data Culture Summit takes place on April 23, 2026 in the BI-Cube at Boehringer Ingelheim on the company premises. The address is: Binger Straße 173, 55216 Ingelheim am Rhein. Visitor parking spaces are available on-site. Registration at the factory entrance is required first.
You will need a valid ID card for registration at the factory entrance.
How do I register and what does the ticket cost?
Registration is completed through the event website. Participation in the BARC Data Culture Summit hosted by Boehringer Ingelheim costs €690.
Who is eligible to participate?
The participation ticket for this Community Event is exclusively available for purchase by employees of end-user companies.
What time does the program start?
The program begins at 10:00 AM and concludes at 5:30 PM. Please note that on-site registration at the factory gate may involve extended waiting times and walking distances.
What content and formats can I expect?
Topics include Data-Driven Decision-Making, Data Literacy, Collaboration and Transparency, Data Accessibility, Data Governance & Ethics, and Data Leadership. Formats include presentations, discussion groups, and networking opportunities.
Will presentation slides be available after the event?
Publication of presentation slides and independent creation of visual materials are not permitted. You will receive event documentation that has been approved by Boehringer Ingelheim’s communications department after the event.
Can I transfer or cancel my ticket?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to colleagues or cancel it. The relevant link is provided in your confirmation email.
How can I network with other participants?
Participants will be invited to a private LinkedIn group for pre-event networking and discussion. During the event, various networking formats will be available. Your LinkedIn profile will be displayed via QR code on your participant badge. Please provide your LinkedIn URL during registration.
Are there quiet spaces available for working?
Participants are not permitted to move freely around the factory premises. However, workspaces are available within the BI-Cube. Please note that these spaces are not fully enclosed or lockable.
Am I allowed to take photos and videos on-site?
You are not authorized to take or distribute photos and video recordings on-site. Approved photographic materials will be provided by Boehringer Ingelheim’s communications department.
Is there a hotel room block available?
No, BARC does not provide a dedicated hotel room block. A list of recommended hotels can be found in the participant information package.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay by invoice or with Visa/Mastercard. If you require an alternative ordering process, please contact us via email at [email protected].
Where can I enter a discount code?
You can enter a discount code on the final page of the registration process in the payment section.
Why is my discount code not working?
Verify the validity of the discount code and confirm the ticket type. Employees of consulting firms are generally excluded from discount promotions. Bookings can be canceled free of charge. For questions, please contact [email protected].
Where can I find my confirmation number and how can I modify my registration details?
Search for the email titled “Registration confirmed” which contains your confirmation number, or contact [email protected].
Will a participation certificate be issued?
No, no official participation certificate will be provided. If you require a confirmation of attendance, please contact [email protected].
