The BARC Data Culture Summit takes place on April 23, 2026 in the BI-Cube at Boehringer Ingelheim on the company premises. The address is: Binger Straße 173, 55216 Ingelheim am Rhein. Visitor parking spaces are available on-site. Registration at the factory entrance is required first.

You will need a valid ID card for registration at the factory entrance.

Registration is completed through the event website. Participation in the BARC Data Culture Summit hosted by Boehringer Ingelheim costs €690.

The participation ticket for this Community Event is exclusively available for purchase by employees of end-user companies.

The program begins at 10:00 AM and concludes at 5:30 PM. Please note that on-site registration at the factory gate may involve extended waiting times and walking distances.

Topics include Data-Driven Decision-Making, Data Literacy, Collaboration and Transparency, Data Accessibility, Data Governance & Ethics, and Data Leadership. Formats include presentations, discussion groups, and networking opportunities.

Publication of presentation slides and independent creation of visual materials are not permitted. You will receive event documentation that has been approved by Boehringer Ingelheim’s communications department after the event.

Yes, you can transfer your ticket to colleagues or cancel it. The relevant link is provided in your confirmation email.

Participants will be invited to a private LinkedIn group for pre-event networking and discussion. During the event, various networking formats will be available. Your LinkedIn profile will be displayed via QR code on your participant badge. Please provide your LinkedIn URL during registration.

Participants are not permitted to move freely around the factory premises. However, workspaces are available within the BI-Cube. Please note that these spaces are not fully enclosed or lockable.

You are not authorized to take or distribute photos and video recordings on-site. Approved photographic materials will be provided by Boehringer Ingelheim’s communications department.

No, BARC does not provide a dedicated hotel room block. A list of recommended hotels can be found in the participant information package.
