- Advance rate: €990 when booked by 29 January 2027, EOD
- Late rate: €1,290 when booked by 28 February 2027, EOD
- Regular rate: €1,390 from 1 March 2027
- Consultant rate: €1,390. Discount codes and group discounts do not apply.
- BARC Leaders Circle members: Free of charge
Cancellation policy
Plans can change. The following cancellation terms apply:
- 100% refund for cancellations received by 16 February 2027
- 50% refund for cancellations received by 10 March 2027
- No refund for cancellations received from 11 March 2027
Ticket transfers to another person are free of charge and possible until the day of the event.
