Melanie seeks out talent and oversees the entire recruiting process from job postings to initial interviews, contract drafting and onboarding. In addition to HR planning and strategy, she supports existing employees in their further development and drives employer branding for BARC.
She also takes care of payroll and personnel administration as well as other HR and administration projects.

I previously worked at PAC (Pierre Audoin Consultants) in Munich as an IT analyst and consultant.
What’s your favorite food?
My favorite dish from home: Lentils with spaetzle.
What do you like to do in your free time?
Hiking in nature with the family, biking and swimming.
