If you purchase the annual subscription through our website, you will create a customer account during the purchase process. Once you have completed the purchase process, you will automatically have access to all paid BARC+ content after logging in at https://barc.com/my-account/. In addition to the content marked with the “+” symbol on our website, your account contains additional content in the form of PDFs in the Downloads tab. You will also find access to the interactive analyzer tools of the software surveys.
If you purchase the annual subscription directly from us, we will create a user account for you. You will then receive an email asking you to set your password. Once you have done this and logged in at https://barc.com/my-account/, you will automatically have access to all of the paid content on barc.com as shown.
Around the clock. On any device. Computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone – anything works. Simply visit barc.com and log in with your login details.
Your subscription is valid for 12 months. If you choose to delete your account, you will no longer be able to access the content you have purchased.
You will receive 12 months (365 days) access to all BARC+ digital content. Your annual BARC+ subscription will be automatically renewed for another year unless you cancel in writing at least 4 weeks before the end of the subscription period. The annual renewal of the BARC+ subscription can be canceled on a monthly basis. You can cancel your subscription in the login area under the “Subscriptions” tab.
If you have a BARC+ subscription as part of your BARC Circle membership, your subscription will not be automatically renewed for another year. In this case, your contact person Ricarda Stützel will contact you with further information before your membership expires.
The use of the content is restricted to the registered user. Use by others is not permitted.
