Unkomplizierter, einfacher Kontakt. Es fühlt sich vom ersten Tag an, als würde man schon Jahre zusammenarbeiten.

Dass ohne vereinbartes Budget nicht abgearbeitet wird. Das hat aber den Vorteil, dass man die Kosten immer im Blick hat.
