KPMG bietet eine optimale Kombination aus fachlichem Know-how und Erfahrung im Corporate Performance Management und Controlling sowie technologischem Know-how in SAP BI Produkten (SAC, Datasphere, BW etc.). Zudem ermöglicht KPMG eine weltweite Skalierung und die Hinzunahme weiterer Expertisen bei Bedarf (z.B. Wirtschaftsprüfung, Rechtliche Themen u.a.).

Die Skalierbarkeit im technologischen Bereich ist noch eingeschränkt (Kapazitäten begrenzt).

What key advice would you give to other companies looking to introduce/use the product?

Enge Zusammenarbeit von Anfang an, d.h. gemeinsamer Start mit einer D&A Strategie.

Man wird professionell und konstruktiv bei der Erledigung vereinbarter Projektziele unterstützt. Es besteht immer die Möglichkeit über mögliche Probleme zu sprechen und es werden Lösungsansätze erarbeitet.

Gerade in Projekten mit vielen beteiligten Parteien ist die übergreifende Kommunikation teilweise schwierig und daran könnte gearbeitet werden.

Expertise in allen angefragten Disziplinen, starke Projektunterstützung und agile Projektansätze. Meilensteine werden stets eingehalten und Ergebnisse sind in Time und Budget. Zusammenarbeit mit der KPMG hat uns im Bereich Finance & Controlling im Rahmen der Finance Transformation zum Ziel geführt.

Teilweise Fluktuation bei KPMG zu spüren, Übergaben jedoch gut geregelt. Tagessätze im oberen Mittelfeld.

Klare Scope Definition und PMO Unterstützung von extern.

How would you sum up your experience?

Exzellent - von der Toolauswahl über den Prototypen und die Implementierung bis hin zum Go-Live-Support. Daraufaufbauende Projekte (User Management, einzelne Sonderlösungen) waren allesamt ein Erfolg. Neue Technologien wie MS Fabric und Power BI konnten sinnvoll ergänzt werden, um eine perfekte Finanzplattform aufzubauen.
