Identifiziert sich mit den Herausforderungen des Kunden. Es ist eine herausragende Problemlösungskompetenz vorhanden, gepaart mit profunder Fachkompetenz. Abgerundet wird der Einsatz bei uns durch ein eingespieltes Team, welches so manch Unvorhergesehenes operativ abfängt.

So unglaublich es klingt. Es gibt nichts. Bitte so bleiben!

What key advice would you give to other companies looking to introduce/use the product?

Offene Kommunikation. Klare Formulierung dessen was erreicht werden soll. Zulassen, dass sich die eigenen Prozesse an dem Lösungsverfahren der Marmeladenbaum reiben, um am Ende eigene und bessere, an Ergebnis orientierte, Prozesse zu haben.

How would you sum up your experience?

Einer der ganz wenigen Dienstleister die man nach einem Projekt direkt für ein weiteres Projekt im Kopf hat.

Hohe Flexibilität und Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

What do you like least/what could be improved?

Zeitmanagement und mehr proaktive Beratung, wie bestimmte Problemkomplexe bei anderen Kunden gelöst werden. Qualitätssicherung aus Userperspektive durchführen, um Extraschleifen zu vermeiden.

What key advice would you give to other companies looking to introduce/use the product?

Von Beginn an auf eine einheitliche Sprache einigen in Bezug auf Projektmanagementrahmen und Dokumentationen/Anforderungen/Datenräume und deren Ziele konkretisieren sowie mit Beispielen aufbereiten, dann erfolgt bereits eine QS auf dieser Basis und die Zusammenarbeit läuft super.

Kundenorientierter Beratungsansatz mit kompetentem Austausch. Sehr flexibel.
