Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden mit der Partnerschaft. Ein Punkt zur Verbesserung könnte eine noch stärkere proaktive Kommunikation sein, um frühzeitig auf technologische Entwicklungen oder Optimierungsmöglichkeiten aufmerksam gemacht zu werden.

Wir würden empfehlen, klare Ziele und Anforderungen zu definieren, bevor man mit QUNIS in die Partnerschaft startet. Zudem sollte man sich die Zeit nehmen, das Know-how des Teams voll zu nutzen, um die bestmöglichen Ergebnisse aus der Zusammenarbeit zu erzielen.

Die QUNIS-Berater denken sehr gut mit und beraten vorausschauend. Die Zusammenarbeit findet auf Augenhöhe statt. Die Berater fragen nach, wenn etwas merkwürdig erscheint, so konnte auch schon wirtschaftlicher Schaden abgewendet werden.

Manchmal wäre es besser, nicht alle möglichen Optionen zu benennen, sondern sehr komplexe Dinge nicht zu raten.
