What do you like best?

Guter persönlicher Kontakt. Praktische Lösungsansätze. Offene Kommunikation. Probleme werden offen benannt und realistisch eingeschätzt.

What do you like least/what could be improved?

Bessere Dokumentation und Kommunikation. Bei Deadlines mehr Puffer einbauen, damit die Projektendphase nicht zu stressig ist. Erwartungsmanagement anpassen.

Konkreten und realisierbaren Projektplan.

Ergebnis- und Problemlösungsorientierte Zusammenarbeit auch in stressigen Situationen.

Der qualitativ hochwertige und schnelle Support. Die Ansprechpartner sind für Fragen und Hilfestellungen kurzfristig erreichbar.

Die Stundensätze könnten geringer ausfallen, aber das ist ein generelles Thema der Berater-Branche.

Im Vorfeld die Steuerberater und deren IT-Dienstleister mit an Board holen.

How would you sum up your experience?

Die Erfahrung mit xax war sehr gut. Wenn es Themen gab, waren diese in der Regeln von anderen Quellen verursacht.

What do you like best?

Was besprochen wird, wird umgesetzt, es gibt keine leeren Versprechen. Die Antwort-/Reaktionszeiten sind sehr gut. Ob man es glaubt oder nicht, über drei gemeinsame Projekte in zwei Firmen, hab ich bei xax nichts zu meckern. Wir sind immer dem Plan entsprechend zum Ziel gekommen. Darüber hinaus sind die xax-Events immer ein spannendes Come-Together mit guter Atmosphäre.

What do you like least/what could be improved?

Schwer zu sagen. Nur um was zu nennen, es ist eine Kleinigkeit: Wir haben vor kurzen einen Austausch zu einem Tool gehabt. Heute habe ich eine Werbemail zu dem gleichen Tool bekommen, als hätte es den anderen Austausch nicht gegeben. Es ist nicht relevant, aber ich wollte das Feld nicht leer lassen.

What key advice would you give to other companies looking to introduce/use the product?

Xax hat viel Erfahrung in der Implementierung ihrer angebotenen Software. Die Ratschläge und Empfehlungen die von xax kamen, haben wir meistens befolgt - und das ist auch mein Rat an andere Unternehmen, die mit xax arbeiten wollen.

Eine stets erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen, die verstehen wovon sie sprechen.

Lassen Sie sich von den Kolleg:innen beraten, sie wissen sehr gut Bescheid über das, was sie verkaufen.

Kompetentes Team, welches auch bereits Erfahrung in der Sozialwirtschaft hat. Anforderungen werden schnell erfasst und umgesetzt. Sehr hohe Beratungsleistung vor dem Projekt mit sehr guter Analyse und Dokumentation der Anforderungen.

Nutzen Sie vorab auch zum Kennenlernen die angebotenen Treffen von Kunden für Kunden. Dort bekommt man durch Anwender direkte Einschätzung wie Projekte laufen und umgesetzt werden.

Sehr positiv, gerade auch in Hinblick auf die Projektlaufzeit.

Die sehr gute Kundenorientierung, das technologische Fachwissen und Flexibilität in Projekten.

Aufgrund sehr spezifischer Fragen in Projekten stehen bei xax nur eine bestimmte Anzahl von Ansprechpartnern zur Verfügung, welche natürlich dann nicht immer zeitnah Fragen beantworten können.

Planen sie Projekte mit dem Partner xax gemeinsam rechtzeitig.
