1. How did you come to join BARC?
After completing a major phase of the Data & Analytics transformation at Danone, I was looking for a new challenge. BARC was a natural fit for me because of its strong reputation, independent perspective, and clear focus on business impact.

They create a clear vision, align data with business strategy, build strong teams, secure the right resources, and turn ambition into action.
3. What has football taught you about building high-performing teams?
High-performing teams need a clear vision, strong leadership, empathy, and daily commitment. In football as in business, execution matters more than talk, and success should also be enjoyable.
4. What kind of impact do you want to create through data & AI?
I want data and AI to help make the world better by enabling smarter use of resources, better decisions, and sustainable progress for people and organizations.
5. What would make you get up in the middle of the night?
To help people in real emergencies or difficult situations.
