We are excited to announce that Kelley Lynn Kassa has joined BARC as Analyst for Corporate Performance Management (CPM), further strengthening our global expertise.
Kassa brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate performance management, enterprise performance management, and related solutions, with senior marketing and advisory roles at Applix, IBM, Varicent, Datawatch, and BPM Partners. Most recently, she has provided thought leadership and content strategy for Revelwood, focusing on IBM Planning Analytics, Workday Adaptive Planning, BlackLine, and Incorta.
Known for her ability to translate technical complexity into clear and actionable insights, Kassa has authored hundreds of thought leadership pieces and success stories and contributed articles to MIT Sloan Executive Education’s Innovation at Work blog and Foodies of New England magazine.

Kassa is based in Boston, MA, and will focus on expanding BARC’s CPM research, contributing to studies, surveys, and advisory engagements, while supporting BARC’s growing presence in the U.S. market.
