The ease of interaction, very approachable and open.

Availability of consulting resources. We often need support on short notice, which HMS cannot always provide.

Plan ahead and enjoy the collaboration.

What do you like best?

In unserem Projekt war eine sehr gute Arbeitsatmosphäre. HMS hat nicht einfach nur stumpf Anforderungen entgegengenommen und abgearbeitet, sondern immer mitgedacht, wie sich diese Anforderungen auf den Kunden und die Operationalisierung auswirken und entsprechend auch Verbesserungen vorgeschlagen.

Sehr akademisch. Viele Projekte brauchen auch viele sehr gute pragmatische Programmierer.

What key advice would you give to other companies looking to introduce/use the product?

Die Anforderungen vorher möglichst klar und deutlich haben, damit HMS mehr Zeit zum programmieren hat.

How would you sum up your experience?

Gute Teamarbeit.

Most striking is the professional way of working and the willingness to understand the customer's needs to an incredible level of detail, making them a partner you can rely on.

What do you like least/what could be improved?

I would be open to a bit more cutting-edge but I totally understand why they value safety and stability over the risk of experimental features.

What key advice would you give to other companies looking to introduce/use the product?

If you are looking for experts who support your project and your team with all best practices one could wish for, HMS is your partner.

How would you sum up your experience?

I love working with HMS in quickly paced, often challenging, data-driven applications, as they make even hard work seem effortless, effective and meanwhile fun.
