HMS was founded in 1989 and is a boutique partner for customized software and AI solutions.
With more than 170 employees across our locations in Heidelberg, Berlin, Ulm, and Düsseldorf, we develop data-driven systems that integrate seamlessly into existing IT landscapes. Our experience is demonstrated by over 1,000 successfully delivered projects.

What do you like best?
In unserem Projekt war eine sehr gute Arbeitsatmosphäre. HMS hat nicht einfach nur stumpf Anforderungen entgegengenommen und abgearbeitet, sondern immer mitgedacht, wie sich diese Anforderungen auf den Kunden und die Operationalisierung auswirken und entsprechend auch Verbesserungen vorgeschlagen.

Sehr akademisch. Viele Projekte brauchen auch viele sehr gute pragmatische Programmierer.
What key advice would you give to other companies looking to introduce/use the product?
Die Anforderungen vorher möglichst klar und deutlich haben, damit HMS mehr Zeit zum programmieren hat.

I would be open to a bit more cutting-edge but I totally understand why they value safety and stability over the risk of experimental features.
