Als Kunde nennt man immer erst mal den Stundensatz.

Sich mehrere Meinungen einholen und den für sich passenden Partner für sein Projekt wählen. Jeder hat seine Stärken, und diese sollte man als Kunde nutzen!

How would you sum up your experience?

Es waren tolle Projekte mit einem klasse Team, und wir sind noch nicht fertig.

Keine Branchenerfahrung (hier Chemieindustrie). Diese ist jetzt vorhanden. Derzeit verarbeiten sie riesengroße Datenmengen.

What do you like best?

IBIS has a very unique and specific product offering. They are elite in what they provide and do not try to play in other spaces. Every person we worked with on the IBIS side—from sales to delivery to support—was very senior and well-seasoned subject-matter experts. They were easy to work with and helped guide the project work while at the same time enabling our own resources. Once they left, they provided great documentation and have been very responsive to follow-up questions, whether via email or jumping onto a Teams call to help us through some one-off items we did not cover as part of the engagement. Professionalism, integrity, knowledge...

What do you like least/what could be improved?

There really wasn’t anything negative from our experience. Again, well-seasoned subject-matter experts, responsive, and delivered on budget and on time.

What key advice would you give to other companies looking to introduce/use the product?

Provide good and clear requirements up front as part of the discovery phase, then ensure you have the right people fully available for the workshops with IBIS. If you have the right people available and they are fully engaged, you will have a successful outcome. Also make sure that you assign a Project Manager to work alongside the IBIS Project Manager.

How would you sum up your experience?

The engagement with IBIS started with some remote discovery call sessions. IBIS had us do some pre-work prior to the engagement with our teams, which was very beneficial and needed. Once the workshops began, IBIS came in and led, listened, collaborated, and helped drive discussions to ensure the solutions enabled were the right ones for us.

Offenheit. Probleme ungeschönt auf den Tisch bringen. Nicht zu allem findet IBIS die perfekte Antwort, aber jeder Lösungsvorschlag hat Substanz, ist fundiert und baut meist auf belastbaren Erfahrungswerten auf. Daher sind Lösungsvorschläge immer zu berücksichtigen.

What do you like best?

What I like most is how IBIS provides and displays easily digestible interactive graphs of data that come from very complex datasets, as well as their expertise in each area. They are very well staffed with various Subject Matter Experts who are not only passionate about the work they do, but also knowledgeable about the information they provide.

What do you like least/what could be improved?

Nothing comes to mind!

What key advice would you give to other companies looking to introduce/use the product?

If you value getting the best bang for your buck, responsiveness, attention to detail, and easy professionals to work with, then IBIS is the way to go. I've never felt dumb when asking questions and always received support when needed. Also, IBIS’s extraction process and turnaround time from project initiation to completion are very impressive.

How would you sum up your experience?

My experience was a positive one, derived from quick turnaround times, ongoing support, and valuable data insights.
