Der persönliche Umgang und die sehr kollegiale Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe. Die für ein derart kleines Unternehmen erstaunlich hohe Flexibilität und Professionalität.

Neigen gelegentlich zu Selbstüberschätzung bzw. zu Unterschätzung von Anforderungen, was zu Zeit- und Budgetüberschreitungen führen kann oder ggf. mit inhaltlichen und/oder qualitativen Abstrichen verbunden ist.

What key advice would you give to other companies looking to introduce/use the product?

Prüfen, ob Projektumfang zur aktuellen Unternehmensgröße von BI2Run passt und mit vorhandenen Ressourcen tatsächlich realisierbar ist.

How would you sum up your experience?

Für uns der ideale Partner, wenn es um Projekte geht, die aufgrund geringer Größe oder ausreichend langer Projektlaufzeit mit geringen Ressourcen realisierbar sind. Besondere Stärke ist dabei auch die Lösungsfindung für sehr spezielle/individuelle Anforderungen.

Gilt für alle Beratungen - eher Consultant Level und höher gehen und dafür lieber mehr zahlen (Kein Ausbilden von Junioren).

Aufwandsschätzung war spürbar geringer als am Ende abgerechnete Zeit.
