The service provided by the project manager is very professional. He is always interested, proactive, available for questions or concerns, and looking for the best solution.

What do you like least/what could be improved?

Price.

What key advice would you give to other companies looking to introduce/use the product?

Have as concrete a definition as possible of the project they want to carry out, including goals and milestones.

How would you sum up your experience?

Professional excellence with direct contact and awareness of the customer’s needs.

What do you like best?

Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team: sehr engagiert und extrem hilfsbereit, teilweise sehr tiefes Wissen in der Anwendung IBM Planning Analytics. Sehr starke Anpassung in der Zusammenarbeit – wir haben uns auf Jira und Microsoft Teams als Kommunikationswege verständigt, was sehr gut funktioniert hat. Konzeptionell gut unterwegs mit wenigen Schwächen in der Ausgestaltung der technischen Lösung (Microsoft Azure).

What do you like least/what could be improved?

Anfänglich fehlendes Branchen-Know-how hat zu einigen Missverständnissen in der Anfangsphase geführt (User Stories wurden vom Kunden falsch beschrieben und von All for One nicht bemängelt). Dies führte zu einem erhöhten Aufwand zu Beginn, der zum Ende hin zu Budgetproblemen geführt hat. Wünschenswert wäre gewesen, dass man über mehr branchenspezifisches Know-how verfügt hätte und dadurch die Beschreibungen der Anforderungen verständlicher, besser und fehlerfreier aufgenommen worden wären. Das Branchen-Know-how wurde durch dieses Projekt bei All for One sehr stark aufgebaut und wird zukünftig zu einem großen Vorteil der All for One -Truppe führen. Leider kein Cash-back für den Kunden!

What key advice would you give to other companies looking to introduce/use the product?

In unserem Projekt hat eine enge Verzahnung zwischen dem All for One -Team und unserem Team nach anfänglicher Anlaufschwierigkeit zu einer enormen Schlagzahl geführt. Vertrauen in das Projektmanagement von All for One, dadurch entsteht eine sehr gute Zusammenarbeit – aber ich denke, das ist in jedem Projekt der Fall! Genaueres Prüfen des Branchen-Know-hows.

How would you sum up your experience?

Sehr gut, sehr gute Mitarbeiter*innen, die das Produkt Planning Analytics teilweise extrem gut kennen; sehr gutes Projektmanagement; bis auf ein paar kleinere Probleme hat es insgesamt sehr gut geklappt, die Effizienz in der Umsetzung einzelner Tasks hätte teilweise noch etwas besser sein können (dies ist aber der anfänglichen Branchenunwissenheit geschuldet, wie oben schon beschrieben).

Define clearly what the expectation and responsibility are before starting the implementation.

How would you sum up your experience?

Very good at providing the solution we expect and also assigning the proper resources we need. This means a good partnership to move forward with future projects and success.
