Grundsätzlich kann kein Tool des Marktes die unternehmensinternen Vorarbeiten ersetzen. Welche Businessdefinition wie mit der Technik verknüpfbar ist, ist eine notwendige Leistung eines jeden Unternehmens, die in ein solches Tool investiert werden muss.
