What do you like best?

It is extremely easy to use. The company support is excellent. It is very affordable.

What do you like least/what could be improved?

It is so easy to use we get a lot of one time use reports on the system.

What key advice would you give to other companies looking to introduce/use the product?

Buy it! You will not regret it!

How would you sum up your experience?

I love the company and the product. If they sent me a t-shirt, I would wear it.

Currently, response time, but that could well be a me issue and not an Entrinsik one.

What do you like best?

Version 5 has nearly all the features I need. I am able to create reports and datasets, add flow steps, and I can build PivotTables without exporting to Excel for analysis.

What do you like least/what could be improved?

Version 4 has many drawbacks that have been addressed with version 5. One of the main shortfalls was the limitation to only accept the file's key ID when inputting a saved list in the filter. If there was one thing about version 5 I would add, it would be to accept data from another query (and set that query to run in conjunction with the other query) in addition to other datasets.

What key advice would you give to other companies looking to introduce/use the product?

It has broad flexibility for systems, and the Entrinsik team is willing to work with an organization to fit their needs. They are one of the best third party vendors I've encountered.

How would you sum up your experience?

I really like it and am excited to learn about even more of its capabilities through their upcoming conference.

What do you like best?

The application/technology support is one of the best I have seen. I have worked with various vendors/ companies that make promises about the type of support they provide. Entrinsik has been one of the top companies I have worked with regarding support. Each of their technicians go above and beyond to support. I have received Javascript training on calls and they will assist troubleshooting programming logic. The tool itself is very easy to use. All of our users pay high compliments to the ease of use and usability, from creating a report to exporting a report. We heavily rely on the ability it provides to export reports via email on a scheduled task and export to support SFTP.

What do you like least/what could be improved?

I have been using this tool for years and I have not found anything that can be improved.

What key advice would you give to other companies looking to introduce/use the product?

I have a high regard for this tool. I have used various software/ applications over 20 years and this is one of the only tools I use that I have no complaints about. That is how great it is.

The support has been wonderful. With the dataset portion being introduced, we've been able to create reports/ visuals that VPs dreamed of.

It needs to allow for the ability to get data from a dataverse.

Don't know. I haven't seen the new version yet, but it is supposed to be great.

What do you like best?

Not a huge learning curve, you can jump in with basically zero knowledge and have queuries in a matter of minutes.

What do you like least/what could be improved?

It would be nice if their community forums were easier/ better to navigate. I know many people would jump in there if it wasn't so cumbersome to find what you're looking for.

What key advice would you give to other companies looking to introduce/use the product?

Ask questions, the software can do a lot, and it has a ton of features that aren't right in front of your face, but are easy enough to use when you know where to look.

How would you sum up your experience?

It saves me and the company I work for dozens of hours of work in Excel from exported data from different databases.

Easy to use and does what's required of a reporting tool.

Honestly, I have yet to come across anything. I am constantly surprised that Entrinsik has added another thing I need, they always seem to be a step ahead of what I actually need.

Do it as soon as possible. The return on investment for this product is second to none.

How would you sum up your experience?

To this day, it has been the best purchase I have been involved in over my 20-year-career. It has the highest return on investment I have ever had with a software purchase.
