Integrierte Planung in einem BI Tool. Branchenwissen der Berater.

Möglichkeit des Self-Service-BI schaffen.

Eine Implementierung der Software macht nur dann Sinn, wenn die Planung in evidanza geschehen soll. Sonst ist es ein mittelmäßiges BI-Tool.

How would you sum up your experience?

BI-Tool ist zufriedenstellend. Beratung von mittelständischen Unternehmen gut und sehr schnell erreichbar.

Gute Einführungsunterstützung. Die entstandenen Probleme waren meist unternehmensintern begründet.

Gute und instinktive Steuerung, leichte Einführung und schnelles Verständnis.

Teilweise lange Antwortzeiten beim Support, langsame Performance bei vielen Usern.

Sehr hilfreich ist, wenn bei den Hauptusern Pivot-Kenntnisse vorhanden sind.

Bisher sehr gut mit leicht abfallender Tendenz in Punkto Verfügbarkeit/Erreichbarkeit.

Der Support des Evidanza Projektteams ist vorbildlich.

Bisher nichts negatives bekannt.

Nicht auf Vertriebsversprechen setzen, sondern sich die Software und den Support anschauen, was die Technologie wirklich kann (hier ist Evidanza ganz weit vorne).

Konstruktives Projekt mit großem Mehrwert für unser tägliches Arbeiten.
