What do you like best?
Customize almost everything: dashboards, widgets, scripts, themes, workflows, white-labeling. Strong embedded analytics. Real-time refresh and update. Easily manage millions of records for real-time refresh. Version control. Excellent data handling. Strong security and governance.
What do you like least/what could be improved?
The visualization library could be more modern, and there could be a native mobile app.
What key advice would you give to other companies looking to introduce/use the product?
I'd say Logi Symphony works best for organizations that need high customization, handle complex enterprise data, and want embedded analytics.
