Every figure that leaves MESA is traceable to a source, an owner, a control and an approver. Finance, ESG and Risk share one governed data model and taxonomy, eliminating the parallel ESG stack. Role-based workflows enforce segregation of duties; an end-to-end audit trail captures lineage, control execution and sign-offs. Controls (ICFR, Tax Control Framework, ESG, third-party due diligence) are the operating fabric of every cycle, not a separate module.

MESA is agentic-native. Specialized agents draft narrative, reconcile tagged figures, screen third parties, suggest controls and answer questionnaires from validated evidence. The architecture is open: customers plug in their own agents via standard protocols, under the same traceability and approval gates. GenAI runs natively in MS Office.
