Die Flexibilität, auf unternehmensspezifische Anforderungen eingehen zu können.

What do you like least/what could be improved?

Die Projektdokumentation auf Seiten Performance könnte besser sein. Oft wurde von zwei Beratern gegensätzlich programmiert - fehlende Abstimmung. Das Testsystem ins Produktivsystem zu überführen, ist eine Katastrophe und führt zu Fehlern, die in der Testumgebung nicht vorhanden waren.

What key advice would you give to other companies looking to introduce/use the product?

Darauf achten, dass sie einen Berater haben, der alle gewünschten Anforderungen umsetzen kann. Wenn mehrere Berater daran arbeiten, geht das aufgrund mangelnder Abstimmung schief.

How would you sum up your experience?

In großen Teilen eine intuitive gute Lösung, der Support ist spitze. Die Beraterabstimmung sollte verbessert werden.

Customizing in Eigenregie durch Power-User, nur selten externe Beratertage notwendig - man sieht sofort die Ergebnisse.

Eine kontextsensitive Hilfefunktion fehlt; in Schnittstellenproblematik ist man mehr oder weniger sich selbst überlassen. Es wird zwar auf Partnerfirmen verwiesen, aber keine wirkliche Unterstützung geleistet, auch keine zeitliche Vorwarnung, dass mit Releasewechsel Probleme auftauchen können.

Das Zusammenspiel mit Vorsystemen genau prüfen.

Grundsätzlich gut mit wenigen Schwächen.
