What do you like best?

Wir haben mit einem sehr kompetenten Team zusammengearbeitet. Die Zusammenarbeit war auf Augenhöhe, immer vertrauensvoll und zielführend. Auch Ressourcenengpässe auf unserer Seite wurden kompensiert.

What do you like least/what could be improved?

Perfekt wäre es, wenn Woodmark direkt vor der Haustür wäre. Die Präsenztermine werden angeboten, aber durch die Entfernung (wir sind mitten auf dem Land) ist dies doch immer mit hohem organisatorischen Aufwand verbunden.

What key advice would you give to other companies looking to introduce/use the product?

Offen und ehrlich in die Gespräche gehen und auch Schwächen offen ansprechen.

How would you sum up your experience?

Durchweg Positiv. Man wurde von Anfang an mitgenommen und es wurde strukturiert an den Zielen gearbeitet. Es wurden keine Illusionen versprochen und notfalls wurden die Erwartungen auf ein realistisches Maß gebremst. Wenn Woodmark an seine Grenzen gestoßen ist, wurden auch Alternativen aufgezeigt.
