Prophix saves me an immense amount of time. Many tasks, both mundane and complex, are executed with a click. Prophix employees are brilliant and kind. Prophix's company culture is one of diversity and respect, and I admire that. I love Prophix.

Easy to use.

I like that the finance department controls Prophix. We are able to monitor usage, create reports, build models, budget, forecast, plan staffing, and review financial data all within the system. We also control who has access, and if something doesn't seem right, we can reach out to support to troubleshoot the issue. Prophix is also user-friendly for our non-finance users. They catch on quickly, especially when reviewing templates or looking at underlying details that finance has provided. We also appreciate the ability to roll over workflow templates and audit not only the workflows but all user interactions with the system (note: not super detailed, but we can see who accesses what).

The tool is very scalable and as we grow it is easy to extend it.

I like the ability to create and implement new functionality without relying on Prophix. It is user-friendly, and they do a great job teaching during implementation.

The staff! They are 100% dedicated to assisting you in being successful. If we ever need assistance with a model or process, it's easy to create a case and get someone on a call to help us figure it out. Prophix also has an academy that helps with more common issues. They were also able to help us customize some of our more complicated budgeting items.

The flexibility and scalability of the tool allow for continued development.

Very good consolidation engine from the start. The tool comes with a set of parameters that enable starting very fast with the consolidation run. All parameters can be handled and adjusted to own needs. The set of validations on the local data entry works very well. Once all the errors are cleared on each local data entry, the bookings on the consolidation level can be managed on a good data set. This set of validations can be managed to set at own requirements. And last but not least, Sigma Conso has some top consolidation specialists on board that can help to tackle any issue on consolidation as such.

I appreciate Prophix's ability to streamline financial processes, its user-friendly interface, and its strong focus on collaboration and automation.

Installation support was exceptional (Ajolt). Automation of the FX position. Ease of use for journals. The audit trail on final numbers is very good.

Admin processes are easy to understand, it is not a black box what happens.

When it will be implemented it will make our consolidation between UK and NL much better.

The tool is perfect for statutory consolidation process (I do not use FP&A tool).

It is very flexible in that you can set it up to handle almost any type of analysis that you normally do. You can make design different financial statements, build budgets, forecasts, and cash flow forecasts.

Very easy to train and keep non-financial users engaged. Customer Success Package is very cost efficient - access to a Prophix consultant for a monthly fee to help with new build and best practice. Company personnel are very customer centric. Good culture at the company.

Seamless integration with our ERP system completely changed how we plan at our organization. Prior to Prophix, the manual re-keying of data took up most of our time spent on the budget process. Now we can have more insightful conversation and analysis around the budget, increase our frequency of touchpoints with business unit leaders, and decrease the amount of time it takes to produce thoughtful forecast models. Additionally, the ease and standardization of reporting with Prophix has enhanced the quality of our financial reports.

We've switched operating systems and our chart of accounts 3 times in 6 years. Prophix continues to provide us confidence in our data and the ability to do solid historical analysis regardless of various changes is exceptional.

Prophix is flexible and I've never encountered a situation where we couldn't achieve something we were looking to do. During implementation, you build your cubes and entire system from scratch, giving the administrators hands on knowledge which has helped tremendously. Customer support is quick and helpful. Overall Prophix is a great tool to use and an amazing vendor to work with.
