Data Culture: Dr. Carsten Bange, CEO & founder of DATA festival: “Data (Culture) matters: How do we get to Data.People.Everywhere?”
Carsten presented an overview of the most relevant data & AI topics and trends. His deep dive into Data Culture explained not only why it is an increasingly important challenge for every organization, but also how to concretely address and improve it. With over 20 years of professional experience in the field of Data Culture, he is an absolute expert and shared his insights and best learnings with you.
Leadership & Diversity: Franziska Schropp, Chief People Officer at Alexander Thamm GmbH and Anna Korotkova, Data Scientist at Alexander Thamm GmbH. Their topic were Challenges & Chances for Women in Tech.
Franziska and Anna raised awareness of the common challenges women face on a daily basis while working in the technology industry. By sharing her own experiences, Franziska shed light on the obstacles and opportunities for women in leadership roles. Later, Anna took a closer look at the different opportunities available to women in tech companies.
